
Cheesy Bacon & Spinach Stuffed Shells

Ingredients
- 2 (28-ounce) packages cheese and spinach stuffed shells
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cups marinara pasta sauce
- 2 cups finely shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 slices thick cut sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
How to Make
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
- Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce over the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Arrange frozen stuffed shells in a single layer over the sauce.
- Cover with remaining marinara sauce. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and mozzarella cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the shells are hot and edges are bubbling.
- Uncover and bake until cheese browns slightly, an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
