Cranberry Chicken Bake

Ingredients

  • 4 frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thawed
  • 1 (14-ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 (1.34-ounce) packet onion dip mix
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

How to Make

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine cranberry sauce, onion dip mix, and mustard in a medium bowl until smooth.
  3. Place chicken into a lightly greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Pour cranberry mixture evenly over the top of the chicken.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake until chicken reaches an internal temperature of at least 165°F, an additional 15–20 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
