- 4 frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thawed
- 1 (14-ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 (1.34-ounce) packet onion dip mix
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
How to Make
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Combine cranberry sauce, onion dip mix, and mustard in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Place chicken into a lightly greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Pour cranberry mixture evenly over the top of the chicken.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake until chicken reaches an internal temperature of at least 165°F, an additional 15–20 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
