Total Time: 25 minutes

Serves: 8 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) can original crescent rolls
  • 8 slices oven roasted turkey breast
  • 4 slices sliced Swiss cheese, halved
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard, divided
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup real mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon 100% honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

How to Make

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  3. Spread about 1 teaspoon of mustard onto each triangle.
  4. Top with one slice of turkey and a half slice of Swiss cheese, folding as needed to fit.
  5. Fold corners of dough up and over the filling and pinch to seal, creating a pocket.
  6. Place pockets onto the prepared baking sheet and brush tops with beaten egg.
  7. Bake until golden-brown and cooked through, about 12–15 minutes.
  8. Meanwhile, whisk together remaining mustard, mayonnaise, honey, and lemon juice in a small bowl until smooth.
  9. Serve pockets warm with honey mustard dipping sauce.
