
Turkey & Swiss Crescent Pockets

Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) can original crescent rolls
- 8 slices oven roasted turkey breast
- 4 slices sliced Swiss cheese, halved
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard, divided
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup real mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon 100% honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
How to Make
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
- Spread about 1 teaspoon of mustard onto each triangle.
- Top with one slice of turkey and a half slice of Swiss cheese, folding as needed to fit.
- Fold corners of dough up and over the filling and pinch to seal, creating a pocket.
- Place pockets onto the prepared baking sheet and brush tops with beaten egg.
- Bake until golden-brown and cooked through, about 12–15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, whisk together remaining mustard, mayonnaise, honey, and lemon juice in a small bowl until smooth.
- Serve pockets warm with honey mustard dipping sauce.
